Job Description

Handle Incoming Inquiries Via Telephone and E-mail

prepare a Quotation

calculate Figures and Amounts such as Discounts, Interest, Commissions, Proportions and Percentages

providing Customers with Information On Pricing and Product Availability

ensuring Stock Levels are Well Maintained

check Stock Availability or Production Schedules and Forward the Order Details to Production and Distribution Departments.

enter Details of the Order On the Company’s Computing System and Check that It Includes the Correct Price, Discount Level and Product Requirements.

tracking Sales Orders to Ensure that They are Scheduled and Sent Out On Time

should Be Able to Promote Our Products to New and Existing Customers

should Be Able to Generate Leads to Increase Business

analyzing & Maintaining in House Sales Reports
