Job Description

Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of hot technologies and Recruiting candidates for bench placement only in various hot technologies (candidates to join our bench)

Recruiting/Marketing for training Includes Cold Calling, posting ads, following up, sending/receiving emails

Capable For posting job & training ads and marketing via Dice/TechFetch/LinkedIn/Indeed/Google Groups/ Facebook/etc/Other Portals/Other Groups and social media platforms such as twitter/telegram/Instagram/etc.

Expert in Receiving, making calls and Sending / receiving emails

Speaking to candidates on a regular basis

Reporting daily

Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (US Central Time Working hours)

Must be English proficient and a good team player and result driven.

No work from home/No remote option.

Some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.

Experienced in related field (1 yr +): INR 12,000-15,000

Experienced in related field(2-4 years): INR 15,000-18,000
