Job Description

Line up candidates with excellent communication skills ( written & verbal ) & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.

Responsibilities –

- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products

- Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

- Answer questions about products or the company

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

*Qualification –BAMS , Bachelors in Pharmacy , Biotechnology , Microbiology , Biochemistry ,Food Technology*

*You can work overtime*
