Customer Support Executive Quality Department ( Only Male), Ludhiana .

Experience 0-1 year

Qualification Bachelors / Masters in Food Technology / Bio Technology / Bio- Chemistry / Microbiology / Pharmacy or equivalent degree

Salary 10 15k + Overtime

Job location Ludhiana

Line up candidates with excellent communication skills ( both verbal & written ) & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.

Responsibilities

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products

Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Enter and update customer information in the database

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
