Job Description

Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment.

Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary.

Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills.

Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation.

Should have good understanding of Customer Service/Support•

Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and

for our customers.

Excellent spoken and written communication and strong interpersonal skills to include proven

rapport building and sales techniques.

Tech Graduates – Any Graduate with prior technical expertise.

Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
