Responsibilities & Duties:

Handling Inbound / Outbound calls, E-mails and SMS.

Keep accurate records of calls made and proper follow-up.

Ask pertinent questions to understand the Clients requirements

Develop and Maintain Client relationships.

Generate Leads & Achieve specified targets.

Should be a good team-player.

Abilities & Skills Required:

Good Communications Skills (Hindi, Telugu and English).

Good Computer Knowledge (Ms. Office and Internet).

Qualification & Experience:

Education Qualification: Intermediate /Graduate.

Experience: 0 to 3 Years.
