International Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy, International Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Location: Delhi

Shift Timing: Night Shift or Day Shift (10pm to 7am)

Experience: 1 yrs to 4yrs

Salary: As per company norms or unlimited incentives are also available.

5 days working Saturday Fixed off and one day rotational off will be available.

One side cab available for both boys and girls.

One time meal given by company.

Responsibilities :

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.

Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

Call international clients

Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services

Handle customer needs and requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

Must Have Minimum Requirements

Any graduate or an undergraduate can apply.

Experience of handling an international clients outbound calls or product sale.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter

Professional presentation and Presence

Can work autonomously but is also a team player

Self motivated and positive.
