Reliance AJIO inbound Voice process. rnrnThe selected candidates while in their classroom, may receive a diversified training to handle Reliance Trends Customer calls as well. But both LoBs are complimentary. rnrnMinimum Academic Qualification for candidates :rn10+2 or a 10+ 3 year Govt Diploma. ITI is not valid. rnrnCompetency in English and Hindi :rnThe candidates should be able to speak English with minimal grammatical errors, able to hold a conversation with good thought flow, without MTI or fillers.rnrnAJIO is an e-commerce domain. Candidates need immaculate English and Hindi as demanded by the brand quality that AJIO is. They should have a passion towards online shopping and customer centricity.rnThese advisors would be assisting customers on Sales, fashion consulting, order management and logistics.rnrnThe salary band is a 17000 CTC to a 27000 CTC. It's a 5 day working roster with 2 week offs, not necessarily a Saturday and Sunday. Transport is free both ways. rnrnAfter the initial two months of classroom training and OJT combined, rn they'll get certified and be moved to Operations in their 3rd month. rnWhile in Operations, they will get up to ?2000 as their Attendance allowance, ?2000 for a Non Transport User and extra perks for Overtime extensions and working on a 6th weekday. This would be over and above their take home salary.rnrnThough candidates are expected to be okay with round the clock shifts, female employees would have a last logout of 12 midnight only.
