Candidates will be responsible to out call customers for the service-related calls , handle customer queries via email and call and will be required to respond in the most professional manner. The ability to handle complex enquiries Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Good communication necessary for dealing effectively with customers and for developing a good, positive relationship with staff.

Freshers/Candidates with 1 or 2 years of experience.
