Job Summary

POSITION:Customer Support Associate

PROCESS:GST (Domestic Outbound Sales)

SHIFT TIME:9 am to 6 pm fixed (Monday to Saturday working)

WEEK OFF:Sunday

LOCATION:RNL Technologies, Goodwill Square Mall, Floor no 3, Office no 328, Near Jakat Naka, Dhanori-411015

The scope of work is to get the GST Suvidha Kendra opened by adhering to the rules and regulations and keeping in mind the eligibility criteria’s. Contact center partner will do outbound calling on their own validated qualified data base and documentation will be collected from interested customers to open their respective GST Suvidha Center.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure completion of call outs in line with defined targets

Ensure the required levels of quality are met

Share Customer feedback

Generation of targeted leads on daily/weekly/monthly basis

Maintain quality of leads generated

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Any experience into Domestic inbound/outbound sales

Self - motivated, helpful, disciplined, and punctual

Good Communication & Convincing Skills

Sales experience is preferable

Freshers are also welcomed
