Come join our team as a Customer Service Representative for US Debt Collections Process

Constitutionalized in 2010, Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issuesand then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

Responsibilities and Duties :

With WMS our Customer Service Representative will :

1. Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts.

2. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect debt collection attempts.

3. Report address changes and maintain files regarding debtors for correct and current contact information.

4. Compile reports on delinquent accounts and report missed payments to credit bureaus.
