Job Summary

Customer service representatives answer questions or requests from customers or business associates or the public. They answer phone calls, and some interact with customers face to face, by email, or live chat. Some representatives make changes to customer or business associates accounts, such as updating addresses or cancelling orders

Responsibilities and Duties

Live chat agents are the solution to providers by interaction with customers. A Live Chat Support Agent is responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat. It is their duty to be readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time, thus the term live.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Only for male candidates good communication skills are required any completed graduates are eligible
