Job Description

Customer service manager:-

Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email / call.

Handling customer concerns, customer satisfaction index (CSI) and customer Satisfaction index rating.

Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.

Handling and solving client complaints.

Taking required actions on customer feedback.

Requirements:-

must have knowledge of Ms excel and Email.

Qualifications:- any graduate or undergraduate.

Freshers or experienced candidate can apply.
