Process: Domestic Inbound Voice Process

Designation: Customer Service Executive

Shift: Pure Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:-

To effectively and efficiently take Inbound calls related to customer queries, request, complaint & escalations. *Reply to their queries and resolve issues, if any

To ensure the quality of output and accuracy of information is maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications-:

Good communication skill.*Graduate freshers/Ug with experience can apply.

Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
