Job Summary

A boarding pass is a document provided by an airline during check-in, giving a passenger permission to enter the restricted area of an airport and to board the airplane for a particular flight. At a minimum, it identifies the passenger, the flight number, and the date and scheduled time for departure. In some cases, flyers can check in online and print the boarding passes themselves. A boarding pass may be required for a passenger to enter a secure area of an airport.

The job involves handling inbound and outbound calls of external / internal customer's pertaining to bookings, reschedulements, queries, complaint handling and facilitation over the call.

To respond on the questions about airline regulations, assisting customers on their travel plans.

Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

Fresher candidate can applicable for this job.

Possess an aptitude for customer service.

Amadeus knowledge shall be an added advantage.

Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Hospitality background candidate get extra preference.
