· Handle queries and complaints of the Organization related to products

· Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency

JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires the candidate to be pro-active, energetic, high on ethics and on-the-toes so as to render services for the following tasks

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

· Education qualifications HSC/Any Graduate

· Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Should not be below 18 years of age

· Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per US Hours, according to business needs
