Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face

Respond to the problems of the customer promptly

Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status

Draft the necessary documents, letter or statements, as required by the customer

Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or degree and a bachelor's degree or something equivalent

Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures

Should have great communication skills: written and verbal communication

Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the customer

Should have good listening skills, since most of the time, communication with the customers is done over the phone

Role of the Candidate:
- Candidate will be assigned with leads of interested clients by the management and then candidate should call the client, explain them the visa process of the country which ever client desire to migrate and make the deal close by making the client pay for Eminence services.
- To achieve monthly sales targets
- To co-ordinate with the Team Leader for sales closures.
- Follow up to the clients on regular basis for sales closures.
