the Process We are Hiring for Customer Support, Wherein You are Required to Take Calls from Uk Customers and Resolve Issues.

qualification: Min 10+2 to Grad.

experience: Fresher or Min of 6 Months Experience in Call Center Environment.

shifts: Rotational (24/7)

language Proficiency: Candidates Should Be Excellent in English,

cab: 2 Way, (home Pic and Home Drop),

uk Voice Process It is Train Ticketing Process Where in Agent Needs to Provide Customer Service to the Uk Customers. It is Mix of Customer Service and Sales.

the Process is Uk Shifts, Window: 12:30 Pm 1st Shift Login and Last Shift Logs in At 6:30 Pm. Cab Facility is Provided. 5 Days Working, 2 Weekly Offs, Rotational and Split Offs.
