The primary purpose of the candidate in the Customer Insights and Market Research team of Niki will be to provide insights and analysis around Niki's existing and potential users. Primary tasks would involve
Collect deep and critical insights from existing and potential users by interacting with them over phone calls (primary), in-person meetings, WhatsApp, Email etc.
Research and contribute to a deeper understanding of the existing user base, their behaviour and preferences
Analyse the result of the research (primary or secondary) and present the insights
Coordinate with other functions of the company to ensure that the insights are passed on to them and actioned upon
Contribute to new pilots and process establishment required to solve problems of the next billion digital users
Dynamically adapt interaction script with users to ensure required data is fetched during the interaction
Design feedback loop and work on it to improve the scripts with time
Should be ready to take up new initiatives in the domain as and when required
Proficiency and fluency in Bengali or Tamil
Data-driven: both quantitative and qualitative
Delivering high quality work while meeting deadlines
Candidate should be a fast learner
