Our Client is a Learning Solutions Services Company that Implements Skilling and Training Solutions Across Various Institutions and Companies with Special Focus On Bfsi (banking Financial Sector & Insurance), Manufacturing, Retail and Finance & Accounts Segments .

jd:-

1) Identify New Clients Across Various Industry Segments and Carry Out Business Development Activities with Respect to Consultative Sell Various Training Programs and Courses Offered By the Company, Which Will Involve Sales & Marketing Activities Like:-

a. Lead Generation and Fixing Up Appointments with Prospective Corporate Clients,

b. Preparation of Pitch Books, Client Presentations and Approach Notes

c. Appropriate Closures and Follow Through

d. Annual and Monthly Revenue Target Achievement.

2) with the Existing Clients of Company, Following Activities Need to Be Performed:-

a. Maintain Ongoing Relationship to Position as Learning Partner of Choice with the Client

b. Cross Sell Additional Programs and Look for Opportunities in the Space of Content Development,E-learning, Virtual Learning Solutions, Learning Journey, Etc

c. Liaise with Company and Internal Stakeholders On Existing and New Projects for Smooth Execution.

d. Team Up with the Collections Department of Company to Ensure Prompt Raising of Invoices and Realization of the Dues from the Client.

3) End-to-end Ownership of Right Positioning of Brand that Cater to the Right Targeted Clients.

4) Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies and Tactical Plans Along with the Top Management Team to Further the Brand with Existing and Prospective Clients.

5) Work with Company Execution Team to Develop New Product and Service Offering Basis the Insights Gleaned from the Market.

6) Support the Corporate Relations Head in Building a Strong Relationship Team .
