Job Summary

We at Fussion Clothing Co. are expanding and looking for a passionate Customer Relationship successful candidate will be involved in Communicating with the existing Retailers with regards to the Display Racks installed at their respective Stores and push the communication into the companies CRM system.

Responsibilities and Duties

Communicating with the Retailers and getting Crucial information from them.

Converting and Updating the data into the CRM System.

Daily Tracking of Customer Data and following up for the Pending Details.

Tracking points of Dispatches and following up with the Concerned Person of the Respective Teams or Company.

Prominent with Excel / Google Sheets to analyse and work with the data.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous Experience in CRM would be an advantage.

Basic knowledge on Excel Functions like Pivot Table & VLook Required.
