Forward the customer feedbacks / complaints / concerns to technical team

Consolidate the feedbacks from the technical team and maintain the MIS Update the customers on the progress

Note down all the relevant details as per client formats while speaking with the customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic/Professional Qualification - 12th / Diploma (Good Communication)

Atleast 1-3 years of experience in database management & customer interactions

Customer interface, MIS, Fluent in English & Hindi
