Job Description

Customer Relations Executive ( CRE)

1.To collect booking form, and booking amount receipt from the Sales

2.Availability status of the Project from Sales MIS and furnish the same to online

3.To update the payment schedule based on revision by Sales.

4.To introduce the CRM team to client through Introduction Letter.

5.To send Welcome Letter to the client.

6.To send initial documents (Property Document of the project / Preparation of Agreements / Registration

7.Follow up with the CRM Legal for release of agreements & relevant documents toprocess the loan. To send agreements to direct clients.

8.To ensure Sale Agreements are sent by CRM - Legal to the clients.

9.On receipt of 100% payment, Plan for Registration.

10.Escalate the cancelations to reporting Person

11.To issue transparent monthly reports on status of the Project by 10th of every month.

12.To maintain all documents / client files as per audit requisite.

13.To update client data base regularly.

14.To handle and close customer complaint / suggestion.

15.To regularly communicate progress and problems with projects, team leader and HODS.
