Job Description:

The job involves providing help desk support to customers, in a Chat Non - Voice process. The executives are involved in resolving customer queries, retaining the customers & resolving non-technical customer queries. The incumbent needs to work towards maximum customer satisfaction.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Excellent communication verbal / written.

2. Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience.

3. Any experience of customer handling (BPO experience preferred)

4. Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts

5. Six days working/ rotational off

6. Drop facility available in late evening / night shifts

7. Immediate joining
