Candidate requirement:

Should have experience of leading a BPO Team.

Should have handled BPO Process.

Should be comfortable with Rotational Offs and Rotational Shifts.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audit of all team members and providing constructive feedback.

Implement & monitor Agent Performance Improvement Plan (APIP) for bottom quartile / agents below average performance .

Good experience in operations and customer service manage the KPI's of the process.

Meet the Team Shrinkage and Attrition.

Meet the Team login hours, AHT and Quality.

People Management.Meet the daily service level and Answering level.

Achieving all targets of the process.
