Job Description :

Looking for Assistant Call Centre Manager-Operations with a Leading BPO.

Requirements:

• Effective communicator, both verbal and written

• Understanding, empathetic and personable

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Results driven

• Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate the team

• Organized and detail oriented

• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure

• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

• Exhibits professionalism

Pre-Requisites:

• Should be flexible working in rotational shifts

• Should be open to travel as and when required

• Comfortable working with 6 days and rotational shifts

• Experience working with employee care/employee relations.

Candidate Requirements:

• On papers TL for Minimum 2years

• Should have experience of Ecommerce process

• BPO experience is a must

• Immediate joiner is preferred
