Job Description

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (OUTBOUND VOICE PROCESS)

- Should be Graduate with excellent communications skills

- Should have 1-3 Years experience in BPO/Call Centre (VOICE PROCESS)

- Should have handled direct Customer Interaction (Voice);

- Should be well versed with computer operations (MS Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Outbound calling to customers (Voice Process) to take Customer Feedback ;

2. Coordination with internal teams like Marketing, Design and Operations ;

3. Coordinating and resolving Delivery related issues.
