Experience: 0 to 3

Qualification: 12th and above

Salary: 11000 to 24000

Shift: Rotational shifts & Day/Night

Skill: English OR Hindi languages

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer calls in a timely and professional manner

Respond to customer inquiries

Research required information using available resources (Internal systems)

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Provide customers with product and service information
