Job Designation: CCE and Sr CCE
Job Profile: Outbound Tech Support
Minimum Qualification: 10+2
Shift: UK Shift
Timing: 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm (with drop facility)

-Communication skill in English must be fluent
-Computer Savy
-Proficient in Software Knowledge
-Excellent command over English and Customer Service Skills
-Good convincing skills
-Candidate should be comfortable with voice process
-Ability to handle customers query and resolve issues ASAP as per standard procedure
-Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
-Active Listener
-Good with Technical and Analytical Skills
-Basic knowledge of Hardware Networking and Software applications will be added advantage
-Outbound Technical support experience can apply
