key Job Responsibilities:

Fluency in English Communication

* Quick learner

• Calling on the lead and sending detail itineraries according to the customers choices and preferences.

• Guiding and educating the client on different combination of tours and packages.

• Liaising/ Coordinating with the guest and business client to discuss about the itineraries and packages.

• Maintaining leads and data of prospective clients.

• Managing quotation, queries while negotiating with the client.

• Finalizing on the prospective Leads by convincing and quoting best possible rates.

• Ensuring timely Collection of payment from client.

• Preparing Hotel and travel voucher for the guest.

Job Profile: Outbound Tech Support
Minimum Qualification: 10+2
Shift: UK Shift
Timing: 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm (with drop facility)
