Job Description

The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.

The candidate should be able to understand the client complaints and work upon resolving them.

Deal with customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution is offered to be able to manage customer experience and NPS.

Solving customer queries with in giving period of time . .

Also able to sell new product to new and old customers.

Able to meet all companies Kpi’s and SLA.

Good in solving complex problem with out of box thinking.
