Job Description

Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges

etc.

• Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.

• Meeting monthly performance metrics

• Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc.

• All Ticketing Activities: such as Issuance, Re-issuance, Revalidation,

       Cancellation and Refunds

• knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre)

• Documenting all activities

• Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.

• Meeting monthly performance metrics

Perform on various Fraud Analysis tasks for US based travel company

• Undertake fraud investigations for all cases where any type of Fraud is identified on customers

booking

• Talk to US banks representative and customers to verify the details of credit card used at the time of

booking made by the customer

• Require to monitor Real Time credit card transaction

• Assist Fraud Risk Manager with reports on progress and results.

• Working with the business in identifying key fraud risk areas and advising of controls to minimize such

risks

• work on various risk control tools

Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers

• Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.

• Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, holiday Packages etc.)

• Meeting monthly performance metrics
