Job Description

Process- international - customer service - Voice process

Need to handle calls from customer and resolve the issue over a call

Should be a team player and should have basic computer knowledge

you would be working 24/7 & Rotational Shift Timings

Responsibilities and Duties

Need to handle calls from customer and resolve the issue over a call

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1) Any Educational Background, should be 12th pass and 18 years old, Any Graduate/UG Dropout

2) Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written & Oral).

3) Comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs.

4) International Sales Experience would be preferred with a tenure of minimum 6 months.
