Openings for International Non-Voice Process for USA

Designation : Lead Generation Associate

Experience : 0-1 year any experience

Qualification : any graduate

Should be proficient in understanding English with US Accent

Typing skills not required

Quick learner, good listening skills

Shift : Night shift (Fixed)

Salary : Based on Number of leads achieved as explained below

First 1 to 100 leads every lead will be paid at Rs. 100

After 100 leads every lead will be paid .

Presently each Associate achieves around 160 leads every month earning more than 15k per month

The status of all the leads will be given on a real time basis (maximum within 3 hours)

Incentives : Daily incentives are provided.

Training : Provided by company and continuous On Job Training and Assessments will be provided.

No of Positions : 100 numbers

Login Hours : 6:30PM to 4:30 AM (Changes during Day Light Savings), one should login a minimum of 9 hours daily including the breaks

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Referral bonus : For every lead that your referral generates you will be paid without any kind of upper cap.
