Designation: Customer Care Executive - Partner support (Inbound Voice)

Interview timings: 11AM - 6.30PM

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift

Requirements :

• Freshers or maximum of 2 years in Customer Care Executive

• Should be comfortable with outbound

• Must be flexible working in shifts

• Agents should possess good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).

• One regional language ( Tamil, Telugu or Kannada) would be a advantage.

• Proactive personality with customer centric approach.
