responsibilities:

handling Queries/complaints of Customers and Coaches Through Inbound Chat.

ensure First Contact Resolution (fcr) While Handling a Customer’s Issue

ensure to Provide Highest Rate Customer Satisfaction On Each Chat Handled.

qualifications: Requires a Minimum of a Graduate/under Grad

experience: Min 6 Months/1 Year Experience Required in Any International Chat Us Process

age: 18 Years Onwards

technical Skills • ability to Use Company Network and Environments

• ability to Navigate Web Applications Using Internet Explorer

• basic Level Competence with Microsoft Excel

soft Skills • excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

• ability to Compose Grammatically Correct, Concise & Accurate Statements

• good Understanding of Etiquette for Written Communications

keyboarding Skills • minimum Typing Speed Skills of 35 Words per Minute

qualification • graduation or Equivalent Certificate from a Recognized University
