role description
this is a full-time, on-site role for a calculation and customer care executive in kolkata. the role involves providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. additional responsibilities include calculating and managing data as required, assisting in sales-related queries, and maintaining effective communication with clients to foster positive relationships.
responsibilities
1. sales follow up- monitor the branch and online sales and update in the tis.
2. manage the bonus calculation of the distributors and share the data with regional manager & finance
3. understand the current and future product promotional policies, tour policy etc. and promote in the market and guide them to achieve the target.
4. coordination for branch programs, passport collections from tour policy achievers, collect new rank achievers photo to publish in the website.
5. prepare monthly reports like (error reports, return bonus, sales reports, accounts & pan).
6. managing customer service operations of branch.
7. collecting new rank achievers' photo in monthly basis & submitting it to chennai customer care head office.
8. all updates, online & offline joining document verification, online orders.
9. query related online orders should be solved with the help of finance & warehouse.
10. attending calls & solving the distributor issues.
preferred candidate profile
customer support, customer service, and customer satisfaction skills
strong communication skills, both verbal and written
any graduate with 2+ years of experience
proficiency in ms office, customer support, handling and resolving customer queries, and maintaining databases
