Job Description

• Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for Sale Registration process.

• Customer relationship management, achieving monthly target of payment collection

• Provide project information & construction update to customer as per request.

• Handling customer grievances - Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues.

• Facilitate coordination with Projects, Sales and Marketing for obtaining timely information on the progress of the construction and timing for demand generation

• Facilitate coordination with Legal Team for timely receipt of drafts of documents to be sent to customers (such as Agreements etc.) Ensure timely information/ case history is provided to Legal team for supporting them in handling customer related litigations

• Ensure timely sharing of information with the Finance and Accounts team on all post-sales related financial transactions

• Coordinating with team for due & pending installments, collection Updating, processing, & Filling of all documents.

• Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co-ordination of engineering department. Develop good relation with customers.

• Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation & loan process.

• All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement, Arrangement of Registration. Periodically review MIS and reports and analyze efficiency of CRM activities and provide updates to the Department Head
