1. Handling enquiries and Post sale Activity

2. Coordinating with the Legal team in Preparation of the Construction & Sale Agreement.

3. Coordinating with the legal department related to legal queries regarding RERA.

4. Handling client queries and resolving them with the best efforts.

5. Retaining customers and Reducing Cancellation.

6. Giving Customers transfer options for the Projects which is not taken off.

7. Collection of Payment dues against transfer according to the Construction Stage.

8. Assisting the clients on stages like Allotment of Flat, registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan issues.

9. Rectification/Transfer of deed, Bank loan processing Documents etc.

Coordinating with other departments like Legal Dept, planning Dept, Accounts Dept in relation to
