Responsible for attending and recording client complaints.The CRM Executive will link between client and Operation team like Developer, Designer and Digital Marketer Any TL, Project Manager, Delivery manager etc.Drive Pre-sales and post-sales activityLiaise with sales team for status updates of the project executive will also need to work closely with the Marketing Services (offline) team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix.MIS reporting to management
