Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive CRM will be responsible for client servicing and lead generation in E-Governance management in e-tendering / e-Procurement / e Auction System & Implementation.

Task and Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the client department (B 2 B & B 2 C) for e-tender hosting and e-procurement activity.

- Support to Bidders / Vendors to successfully participate in tender and auction online.

- Help desk Support to Client / Bidders / Vendors for operating the E-procurement systems successfully.

- Resolve troubleshooting in both Bidders and Buyers end.

- Generating daily Work Report and submit to Reporting officer

- Any other as assigned by the Reporting Officer as and when it is required to the Company

Qualification & Skills required:

Education: Graduate in any discipline; Preferably B.Tech / BCA

Skills:

Must have Good communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and local language

Knowledge in Ms Office specially in presentation and excel

Ability to complete the assigned task on time professionally .

Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Should be honest, reliable, disciplined, motivated and strong interpersonal verbal/ written communication skills

Should be comfortable in traveling onsite and client servicing as per project requirements. .
