3.Make receipts and Send Demand letters Twice in the month

4.Cheque Entry in register

5.Update NEFT Recived

6.Make agreement.

7.Make IOM

8.Follow up for waivers/collection/Bill correction

9.Resolve Payment outstanding isues

10. Non opernational unit settlement

11.Update MIS Report

12. Coordination with Commercial department regarding Possion Transfer or Coordination with leaseing and Coordination with Legal

13.Maintain Report Transfer and /lease

14. Update address /email Id /contact no in Pinga

15. Make Files

16.Visit on site for the concerns and feedbacks.

17. Invoice Checking

18. Condition with site staff

19. After signature Fill agreement

20. Send Couriers

21. Bounce cheque updation

22.TDS Updation
