Calculation of Debt burden & analyzing Credit worthiness of the Customers on the basis of
previous Track records
Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memo. Updating all the information’s in system. Initiate the verifications as appropriate and suggested by the procedures
Ensure the completion of Risk Screening (FCU) process for all files
Initiate the Legal / Valuation checks as defined by the process manual
Verification of the Post Approval Documentation along with any Subject To Condition Approval
requirements. Check the Loan Agreement Form for completion of signatures and offer details
Deliver short briefing sessions to the sales as and when required to bridge the knowledge gap
Ensure the adherence to all audit and compliance requirements, as applicable.
Good communication skills in local language with some working knowledge in English
Good knowledge of MIS.
Good finance knowledge.
