We are Inviting Applicants to Apply for the Position of Chinese Chef/Cook in Delhi.
Chef is responsible for the delivery of unique culinary experiences, aiming at exceeding our guest’s expectations, aligned with the restaurant strategies and company vision. You will manage a section of the kitchen, taking control of your area with control over presentation, timing, wastage, menu input and cost control.
Qualification and Experience:
• A young, energetic, engaged and dynamic chef with a passion for delivering superior results and process driven.
• You have experience as a Chef/cook, with the ability to flex and change to the circumstances.
• Aptitude to lead, guide, coach and inspire your team for greater synergy, productivity and passion.
• Ability to deliver luxury in both concept restaurant and high volume dining.
• Creativity, grounded with excellent cooking skills, aiming to deliver ultimate culinary experiences.
• The ability to develop a culture of high standards, excellent quality and customer responsiveness.
• Skills in managing systems and maintaining impeccable personal hygiene as well as high safety standards in the workplace.
• Willing to go the extra mile to please the culinary taste buds of hotel guests
• Able to work in a team environment under pressure
