Systems Engineer:

· Salary INR 60,000/- max; I think we need to look for candidates with at least 5+ years of experience

· They have to be open to work in a 24*7 shift as our usual shift rule; 4 days a week and 3 days a week alternatively

· They will support US based customers so their communication needs to be top notch

· Please make sure that these people are L2 guys so if they have just done troubleshooting then they wont do; I am looking at people who have installation and configuration experience with troubleshooting experience for their knowledge on AD, DHCP, DNS, domain controller, group policy and so on. They should also have hands on experience on office 365 migration and on cloud services like Azure, AWS and so on. Additionally virtualization experience like VMWare is also desired

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The System Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and software and related infrastructure. The individual will need to evaluate new products and technologies to enable continuous innovation within the infrastructure. The individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

The individual will be responsible for the initiation, planning and implementation phases of new and existing projects.

The individual will be accountable for all Windows based systems.

Engineering and Provisioning Role

1. Engineering of Systems related solutions for various project and operational needs

2. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements

3. Creating, updating and maintaining documentation related to Systems enginee
