Responsible for TIMELY execution of ACTIVITY as per Project Plan

Monitoring QUALITY for all types of work

Daily planning and scheduling of work activity.

Manage and supervise the repair & reconstruction work.

Reporting of DPR with support of Site Engineer

Co-coordinating with Accountant for project expenses.

Co-coordinating with Site Engineer / Contractor for smooth running of project.

Enhance productivity / output of workers

Co-coordinating with Client, PMC and Consultant for smooth running of project
