What will YOU have to do?

Front end Interaction with customers to resolve queries & provide a pleasant experience

Build rapport and manage relationship with customers as a representative of the organization

Professionally handle requests from customers and give better than your best in resolving issues and conflicts both promptly and efficiently

Ensure that highest standards are maintained for customer service in minimum turnaround time

Develop thorough product knowledge, obtain & evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries

Coordinating customer requests for special services with the back end team

Offer solutions and recommendations tailored to the customer's needs

Make our customers smile
