We are looking for an experienced, efficient computer operator to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor the capabilities of all systems within our organization to ensure smooth hardware operation. You will work closely with the team to track malfunctions and perform back-ups, run virus scans, and ensure the security of company information and operating systems.

Computer Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and support all computer hardware and software systems

Oversee maintenance to equipment and keep systems up-to-date with operating systems upgrades

Ensure controls are set

Perform troubleshooting for various system errors

Evaluate connectivity issues, network equipment, and servers

Perform data backups and other maintenance requirements to ensure optimal performance

Run system-wide antivirus protection
