Qualifications & Experience :
Qualifications : Should be an Associate/Should have fellow Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India & Bachelor of Law from a recognized university/Regular programme with preferred specialization in Corporate laws.
Experience : 3 years post qualification experience in relevant fields. Experience of working in computerized environment is essential.
Age Limit : 40 years.
