Our basic requirements are:

1. Candidate must only be from WESTER LINE

2. Team handling Experience of minimum 4-5 years in Life Insurance

3. Overall Sales Experience of 8-10 years

4. Majority of Experience to be in Direct marketing/S2S/CAT/Priority Channels in life insurance

5. Current organisation should be life insurance.

6. 30 - 40 yrs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create a team of outstanding sales executives and effectively lead, manage

and coach them towards achieving sales targets

Plan daily goals both for the team as well as individually & work towards achieving them.

Managing sales in a result-focused environment.

Deliver sales numbers.

Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.

Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.

Maintaining awareness of competition products in order to sell effectively.

Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training for team.

Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS
